2017 NOV sells the Wellhead & FRAC Rental Division (WFR) business unit to private interests and Sentry Wellhead Systems is Born!
2012 National Oilwell Varco, (NOV) completes it’s single largest acquisition by purchasing Robbins & Myers, Inc.
2011 T3 Energy Systems merges with Robbins & Myers a leading supplier of engineered equipment and systems for critical applications in global energy, industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical markets.
2008 T3 continues expansion into Oklahoma City, OK and Grand Junction, CO with the acquisition of Pinnacle Wellhead.
2007 T3 acquired Energy Equipment Corporation (EEC) of Houston, TX with new valve and wellhead products for surface and subsea drilling and production.
2006 T3 acquired KC Machine of Rock Springs, WY This acquisition continued T3’s expansion of its pressure and flow control, wellhead and pipeline products and services to those customers located in the Rocky Mountain Region.
2004 Acquisitions went International with the purchase of Oilco of Nisku, Canada. This acquisition expanded product lines into other geographical markets and customers.
2001 Smaller acquisitions were made as T3 merged with Manifold Valve of Jennings, LA. API 6D product lines were gained with purchase of Pipeline Valve (PVS), and Custom Coating Applicators- both of Houston, TX becoming a part of the T3 family.
2000 T3 Energy Services acquires Cor-Val (Houma, La.) Preferred Industries (Houma, LA) United Wellhead (Robstown, TX).
1999 First Reserve Corporation forms T3 Energy Services.
