Service Technician
Required Education: High school diploma
Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a mechanical assembly and/or field installation service related to energy industry field operations.
Compensation Level: Non-Exempt
Department: Field Operations, North America.

- Must show the ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentages.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret machine drawings.
- Demonstrate the mechanical skills needed to assemble/disassemble and test wellhead equipment and service tools.
- Show knowledge of occupational hazards, company and customer safety rules.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Demonstrate the ability to properly and in a timely manner, complete all administrative requirements.
- Deliver to the customer an image of a professional who is technically competent in the tasks of field service.
- Insure that required service documents are completed per company policy and in a timely manner.
- Keep and maintain your assigned service vehicle and service tools in a clean and well-organized manner.
- Assists the Shop Foreman in monitoring and training the Assembly Technician positions. (Advanced)
- Performs other warehouse duties as assigned by the Shop Foreman.
